I speak about entrepreneurship at colleges and universities. I have spoken at Dartmouth and Vanderbilt, about starting young, failing early, and building with AI.

## the short version
I was an athlete at Williams until I fractured my back freshman year. I started a Web3 startup that failed, worked through a few other ventures, and then built Axia Growth while finishing my degree. Since then I have co-founded Weight Supply and open-sourced a version of the AI system that runs both, OperationKit. The parts that did not work get as much time in the talk as the parts that did.
## what I talk about
01
From athlete to founder
What happens when the thing you organized your life around ends early, and where the competitiveness goes next.
02
Starting before you know what you are doing
You don’t know what you don’t know. Pick a north star, take the next logical action, and keep the feedback loop short.
03
Getting your first clients
Cold messages to founders, doing the work well, and raising your rate as you add value.
04
Failing early and pivoting
A startup that ran out of runway, a product I walked away from, and what carried over into the next thing. You only fail when you quit.
05
Building with AI
How a small team runs real companies on AI agents, and what students can build with the same tools today.
06
Is it for you
An honest look at entrepreneurship next to the banking path, from someone who recruited for one and chose the other.
## booking
For a class, a club, or an event, send the school, the audience, and a rough date. Panels and class visits both work.
